We are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone for The Bravery Lab as our Project Manager, Bolatito Daramola, represented the organisation at the International Business Management Conference 2026 hosted by Buckinghamshire New University.
Centered on the theme, “Driving Collaborative Advantage through Industry-Academia Partnerships,” the conference brought together global business leaders, researchers, innovators, and students to explore solutions shaping the future of business, leadership, and social impact.
During the conference, Bolatito presented the vision and mission behind The Bravery Lab, highlighting our commitment to addressing the systemic underrepresentation of young teens, women, and men in Nigeria’s innovation, technology, and leadership spaces, beginning with Lagos as our launchpad for change.
Her presentation emphasized the urgent need to create inclusive opportunities that empower young people with the skills, confidence, mentorship, and access needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world. It also showcased how The Bravery Lab is building pathways for the next generation through innovation, education, leadership development, and community impact initiatives.
For us, this moment represents more than conference participation. It is a reminder that the work we do matters, and that conversations about equity, access, and youth empowerment deserve a place on global platforms.
