At The Bravery Lab, we are on a bold mission to empower young women and teen girls by breaking traditional barriers and opening doors to opportunities in unconventional fields with a strong focus on the future job market.​ We believe that confidence, skills, and opportunity are the foundation for a brighter future. When girls and young women are equipped with the right tools, they don't just transform their own lives they become powerful agents of change in their families, communities, and beyond.

Our Achievements

At The Bravery Lab, we're closing the bravery gap by equipping girls and young women with the confidence and tools to thrive especially in male-dominated fields.

  1. Reached 500+ girls with hygiene kits and wellness support through our Girl Child projects.

  2. Graduated 22 young women from our EmpowerHer cohort who launched their own businesses.

  3. Partnered with key organizations - ProtectHER, Women Build Wealth, Isafe, The Avery Group and APEX Solutions Foundation to expand our impact.

  4. Donated essential food support to school staff, fostering community dignity and care.

  5. Launched 22 new businesses through our EmpowerHer entrepreneurship cohort.

  6. Created safe spaces for mentorship, confidence-building, and leadership development.

The Bravery Lab is more than a program, it's a movement building bold, fearless changemakers.
