Dr. Oyindamola Ijewere, PMP, is a dedicated youth development advocate and leader at The Bravery Lab, where she bridges the bravery gap by empowering young women, teens (male & female), and mothers through mentorship, hygiene education initiatives, and leadership training.

 

Over the course of her impact, she has directly reached and supported more than 500 beneficiaries, equipping them with the confidence, resilience, and skills needed to expand their opportunities and thrive.

She is also the author of Broken Promises and Tortured Waters, which she uses as storytelling tools to educate young girls about safety, the dangers of irregular migration, and making informed choices, bringing important lessons to life through relatable narratives.

Bolatito is the Project Manager at The Bravery Lab, where she leads the design of transformative programs focused on equipping young teens with confidence, leadership capacity, and practical skills for thriving in male-dominated spaces. With over seven years of experience in project management and program implementation.

 

She oversees project strategy, implementation, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the organisation’s mission to bridge the bravery gap.

She has successfully implemented several high-impact projects across mentoring, skill acquisition, and empowerment programs through collaboration with legacy partners, building strong alliances that expand access, deepen community impact, and create sustainable outcomes.

Ayodele Sunday Tunde is a dynamic professional with over three years of experience, seamlessly blending creativity with strategic expertise. As a Research Analyst and Grant Writer at The Bravery Lab, he delivers data driven insights that drive sustainable growth and strengthen strategic decision making within the non profit sector.

He has supported project development as a Research Assistant and played a key role in leading high impact product promotion campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and market positioning. With experience across research, fashion, and administrative management, Ayodele is passionate about talent development and knowledge sharing. He brings a strong analytical mindset and practical problem solving skills to complex organisational challenges.
